Announcement: System Upgrade Krones

We are excited to share a significant mielstone in our ongoing commitment to imporving our services and partnership with you. After nearly two decades of relying on the SAP R/3 system, we are transitioning to SAP S/4 HANA, an advanced, next-generation enterprise system designed to deliver greater efficiency, transparency, and agility for both our business and yours.

We already informed you about this major change in separate letters, starting at the end of January.

Orders with delivery time during 19.04. - 04.05.2025 will be delayed after 04.05.2025. We suggest to place your orders as early as possible so that we can schedule your order delivery time before 19.04.2025. In case of urgency demands, or project schedule during the mentioned period, please contact your sales representative to support you and discuss further solutions.

Inquires in Krones.shop will be processed as usual.

Orders in Krones.shop can also be created at any time, but during the system freeze there will be a period without further processing in the system. Thus, no order confirmation will be sent or is available at the my account section. As soon as the new system is availabe all created orders will be transferred automatically to the new system and all documents and delivery dates will be updated – there is no need to personally contact your sales representative except for emergency orders. As soon as the update has been completed, you will receive confirmation by e-mail as usual.
