Registration


▶ How can I register for the KIC Krones.shop?

If you want to use the advantages of the KIC Krones.shop straight away, please ask your personal contact at KIC Krones or simply use our online registration. To do so, click the link below, which will take you to the registration form. 

In the form, you will be asked to enter your personal data. Please fill in all the fields marked with an asterisk. You can also request several user accounts in the free text field. Click "Register" to send your enquiry. Afterwards you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail with the data you have entered. After the check by our KIC Krones employees has been successful, your access details will be created and you will receive a welcome e-mail. Depending on the circumstances, the check may take several working days before the e-mail is sent.

In the welcome e-mail you will receive your personal access details. Click the link in the e-mail and create your password. Please observe the rules for generating passwords. For security reasons, the link is valid only for 10 days. We ask you to finish the registration as soon as possible after you have received the e-mail. If the link is already invalid, you will receive a corresponding error message in the shop and you will have to request your password once again. Once your password has been assigned successfully, you have been registered in the KIC Krones.shop.

Not yet a KIC Krones customer? Of course, you can still send us a registration request using the registration form. We are looking forward to welcoming you.

▶ Advantages of a registration

Once you have registered in our online shop, you have to enter your personal details only once. They are stored in our system and will be accessed automatically for each order in the online shop.

After successful registration, you will receive access to your personal account where you can view and manage your orders online at any time.

Furthermore, you can save your favorite products in a personal shopping list or in your shopping cart to access and order them at a later point in time.

Please note that you will only be able to make an enquiry for the KIC Krones product range if you are not registered. We will deal with it as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding!

▶ Rules for generating passwords

Your personal password must consist of at least 9 characters. It must contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.

Note: Passwords must not be disclosed to third parties and must be protected from third-party access.

▶ Who may order in the KIC Krones.shop?

The KIC Krones.shop is aimed for commercial customers. Prices, product details and availability of the products will be shown only after successful registration.

Shipment


▶ Shipping conditions

For our customers, the individually stored conditions of delivery and dispatch apply. If you have any questions regarding the dispatch of your order, your KIC Krones contact person is willingly prepared to help you.

▶ Partial delivery

In the ordering process, you have the option of selecting a partial delivery subject to article availability. The earliest possible availability is then determined and we will send you available products within a few days. To do this, simply select the products that you would like to receive in the first delivery.

Please note that additional shipping costs will be charged.

This service can only be provided for selected regions and assortments.

▶ Password forgotten

If you have forgotten your password, please click the login page. Here you can request a new password under "Password forgotten? / Problems with the login?”. Enter your your e-mail address/your username in the correct field. It is important that you enter the e-mail address/username that has been stored in your account. Afterwards you will receive an e-mail with a link to our KIC Krones.shop. Here you can create a new password.

▶ Blocked account

The security of your data is very important to us. If unauthorized use is suspected, your account may be blocked as a precaution. The reasons may be, for example, several entries of a wrong password or a longer period of inactivity. If your account has been blocked, you will receive the corresponding note while logging on. In this case, please contact us using the contact form or send us an e-mail to esupport@kic-krones.com. Once our employees have checked this, you will receive a new registration e-mail.

By clicking the link in the e-mail, you can assign your password again.

▶ Change account settings/details

Your account details, such as the delivery or billing address, are permanently stored in our system. For change requests, please use the contact form. We will update your settings immediately.

▶ Order history

All orders at a glance: In "My account" you will find an overview of your quotations and orders in the KIC Krones.shop.

If you are already a KIC Krones customer, an overview of all transactions since 01.07.2021 will be displayed for all channels. It includes orders and quotations we have received through all channels such as phone, mail or telefax. This helps you keep an eye on all of your orders at any time and you can also place items from previous orders into your shopping cart again.

▶ My orders

Under "My orders" in your account you will find an overview of your last orders. You can further narrow the results using the search and the various filter and sorting options. Here you can also view the status of your order at any time. Click the corresponding shopping cart number to get a detailed view of the order such as item, delivery address, etc. By clicking the "Add to shopping cart" button, you can simply place the order once again. Once your order has been confirmed by the system, you can also view and save your order confirmation as PDF.

▶ My quotations

Under "My quotations" in your account you will find an overview of your last requests for quotation. You can further narrow the results using the search and the various filter and sorting options. Here you can also view the current status of your enquiry at any time. Click the corresponding shopping cart number to get a detailed view of the request for quotation such as item, delivery address, etc. By clicking the "Add to shopping cart" button, you can edit the request for quotation or send the enquiry again if required.

Once your quotation has been confirmed by the system, you will receive a notification by e-mail. In "My account", you can also view and save the order confirmation as a PDF. Click "Accept quotation" to order the quotation and convert it into an order.

▶ Recommendations

Under "Recommendations" you will find items which a KIC Krones specialist can specifically store for you. As soon as a product recommendation has been stored for you, you will receive an automatic notification by e-mail in "My account" 🠖 "Recommendations". You can then easily add these products to your shopping cart and order them.

▶ My notifications

Our notification system provides the latest information on activities and updates in your KIC Krones.shop. The red message pointer in the top right corner will immediately show you new notifications. Get notifications for new products, product changes, order and quote transactions or product recommendations.

You will find an overview in the “My account” section. Therefore just click on “My notifications”.

Claim


▶ Claim

If you want to make a complaint about a product, due to a transport damage, exceeding the best before date or for other reasons, please fill out the complaint form. Generally, a claim can only be ensured after a check and not for all product groups.

Please note: The delivered product(s) must be inspected immediately upon receipt in accordance with §377 HGB. KIC Krones must be notified of any visible defects no later than 2 days after receipt of the goods. Hidden defects shall be reported within 2 days of their discovery.

Yes. Register here. Without registration, you can only request enquiries/quotations.

Please note that as a guest you cannot use all the advantages of a customer account such as "My Account".

You can shop at the KIC Krones.shop 24 hours a day. Here you can find your complete range of operating supplies, up-to-the-minute prices, special services and more.

Please note: The range of products in the KIC Krones.shop is intended for commercial customers only.

▶ Place an order (without registration)

1. Place the required items in the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to shopping cart" button.

2. Once you have placed all your items in the shopping cart, click the shopping cart to go directly to the overview page. Here you will find an overview of all your products, you can check your selection once again and adjust it if necessary. Click "Next" to go to the next step.

3. If you have no KIC Krones.shop account yet, you can also place a guest request (without registration). Then simply fill in all fields marked with * in the "Data input" step and go to the next step.

4. The "Overview" provides a summary of your order details. Here you can once again check your data and send your request for quotation.

5. As soon as we have received your enquiry, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail.

▶ Place an order (with registration)

1.  Place the required items in the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to shopping cart" button.

2. As soon as we have received your enquiry, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. If certain items are not available, we will inform you immediately. After the check is completed and successful, you will receive our quotation.

3. If you have not yet logged on to your KIC KRONES.shop account, please log on in the next step. Then you will be forwarded to the next step "Data input" in the shopping cart.

4.  Just select your customer details. The fields have already been pre-filled. Please complete your order details by selecting the order type and entering your order number. Once all data has been filled in, click "Next" to go to the next page.

5. The "Overview" provides a summary of your order and you can once again check your data.

If you need certain items earlier, you can also use the option* here. Click the "Complete order" button to send your order.

6. As soon as we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. After the system has successfully checked your order, you will receive an additional notification by e-mail.

*These services are only available for certain regions and assortments.

You can request a non-binding quotation for the complete KIC Krones products at any time.

You can request a non-binding quotation for the complete KIC Krones products at any time.This also refers to customer-specific products/product groups for which no firm price can be specified in the online shop.

1. To do so, place the required items or services in the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to shopping cart" button.

2. Once you have placed all of your items in the shopping cart, click the shopping cart to go directly to the overview page. Here you will find an overview of all your items, you can check your selection once again and adjust it if necessary. Click "Next" to go to the next step.

3. Log on with your KIC Krones.shop access details and select all the required information in the "Data input" step. Select "Request for quotation" as an order type here.

If you have no account yet, you can also place a guest request (without registration). Then simply fill in all fields marked with * in the "Data input" step and go to the next step. The order type "Request quotation" will be assigned automatically, as soon as you have placed an item without price in your shopping cart.

4. The "Overview" provides a summary of your order details. Here you can once again check your data and send your request for quotation.

5. As soon as we have received your enquiry, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. If certain items are not available, we will inform you immediately. After the check is completed and successful, you will receive our quotation.

If you already have an account, we will send you confirmation by e-mail, as soon as your quotation is available under "My account". Then click "Accept quotation" to place your order at any time.

▶ Cancel order

In individual cases, you can also cancel your order, provided the goods have not been packed and are not yet ready for delivery. For this purpose, just ask your personal KIC Krones contact.

Please understand that, for technical reasons, we cannot cancel your order after the goods have been shipped. In such cases, we kindly ask you to refuse the acceptance of the goods delivered. Any advance payments will be refunded afterwards.

▶ View orders

You can view your previous orders at any time in your personal customer area. Just log on with your access details and click My orders.

▶ Order confirmation

Once your order has been checked successfully, you will receive a notification e-mail. You will then find your order confirmation in your personal "My account" area. Here you can download the PDF file for the corresponding order at any time.

▶ Save shopping cart

You can also save your current shopping cart and place the order at a later point in time. Just log on with your access details and place the required products in your shopping cart. If you log out without having sent the order, your shopping cart will remain saved for up to 90 days. Please log on again to call the shopping cart the next time.

Please note: If you fill the shopping cart while not logged on and then log on again, the already saved shopping cart will be overwritten with the current products.

▶ Shopping list

Save your personal favorites in your own "My favorites". This function is immediately available after logon to the "My account" area. It offers you the possibility to save particular items on an individual list.

To this aim, click on the "Note" option on the product details screen and enter a name for your priority list. Use also the possibility to save an order or the complete cart as shopping list. This allows you to order all items of a shopping list with only one click. 

In "My account" you can edit or delete your lists at any time. You also get an overview of the shopping lists of all users assigned to your organization.  Please note that you can only use all functions of the shopping list after you have logged on.

▶ Your reference/order number

Please enter your internal order/reference number for each order during the ordering process. This will make it easier to assign the orders in your system later.

▶ End-user certificate

End-user certificate in accordance with the Explosive Ordinance

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2019/1148 on the marketing and use of explosives precursors and consolidated versions, we are obliged to verify within the framework of due diligence required in the movement of goods, that prohibitions and restrictions on the placing on the market of the above-mentioned precursors as well as the requirements regulated in relation to the supply of these precursors, are complied with. As part of this obligation, we as seller must require you as a direct customer to provide a declaration of use for certain products. This declaration confirms that these raw materials are only used in a permitted manner and are not passed on to third parties without authorization. We can only process the shipping order once the declaration (completed and signed) has been received and approved. If you are a reseller and your customer's location is in an EU member state, the same regulations apply to you as to KIC Krones. Otherwise, please observe the national regulations of the respective country.

End-user certificate in accordance with the Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance

According to the Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance based on the Chemicals Act, the substance restriction regulations in Annex XVII of Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH) and their respective consolidated versions, we are obliged as part of our duty of care to check whether prohibitions and restrictions on the placing on the market of certain substances, mixtures and articles, as well as the requirements relating to the supply of these substances, mixtures and preparations, are com-plied with. As part of this obligation, we as seller must require you as a direct customer to provide a declaration of use for certain products. With this declaration, you confirm that these substances, mixtures, and preparations will only be used in a permitted manner and will not be passed on to third parties without authorisation. We can only process the shipping order once the declaration (completed and signed) has been received and approved.

We would like to point out that we document the information you provide internally and make it available to the responsible authorities upon request.

▶ Minimum order value

You can place orders without a defined minimum order value at any time in the KIC Krones.shop.

▶ Minimum order quantity

Generally, there is no minimum order quantity in the KIC Krones.shop. However, various products are only available in sales unit carton (number of items per carton, see product description).

▶ Quick entry of items

You will find the quick entry of items by clicking the shopping cart directly on the shopping cart overview page.

Hint: The "Quick entry" function can be used to enter the required items including the quantity directly and add them to the shopping cart. There is no faster way of doing that!

▶ Authorization and approval workflow

You can also have different authorizations created in the Krones.shop. Depending on your purchaser structure, there are various user roles for a shop account (e. g. approver, purchaser, only enquiries).

▶ Prices

Please log on to the KIC Krones.shop and click "Log on" to have your customer-specific prices displayed.

No prices have been stored for special product groups in the KIC Krones.shop. You can request a quotation for these items. As soon as the quotation is complete, you will receive notification and you can order the quotation easily in the KIC Krones.shop within the period of validity.

The prices specified are usually final prices without value-added tax at the statutory rate because the quotation is intended for commercial customers. If there are deviations, this will be indicated accordingly in the KIC Krones.shop.

Our item numbers consist mostly of numbers. In rare cases they also contain letters. Special characters are never found in our material numbers (* - ; - . „).

Please enter only numbers or the combination of numbers and letters in the search slot.

Our product names can consist of a combination of letters and numbers.

Special characters are possible in the product name.
